Does Steeringway's AI score or reject candidates?
No. Steeringway's AI prepares draft summaries and scorecard suggestions from interview evidence. A reviewer on your team must review and approve them before anything is shared or exported. Steeringway never ranks, scores, or rejects candidates automatically.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace stays readable — nothing is deleted. To run new interviews, create custom kits, or export packets, choose a paid plan. The trial needs no credit card, so nothing converts automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
What if my country is not supported at checkout?
Self-serve checkout is available in Steeringway-supported billing countries. If yours is not listed, contact sales and we will route you to a sales-assisted plan or a registered partner deal.
Is my interview data used to train AI models?
Steeringway does not currently make a blanket no-training promise across every configurable AI provider. Recordings, transcripts, scorecards, and candidate data remain customer records, and provider-specific data-use terms are reviewed during security review. Contact sales for the exact commitments that apply to your configuration.
